Refund & Replacement Policy

All m³ darts products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference regarding the design or fit

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@m3darts.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product or a refund at no additional cost.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply where required by law.
